| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Greens at Half Hollow Homeowners Association, Inc., and Board of Managers of Greens at Half Hollow Condominiums I-V to strike stated portions of the record and the appellant's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 20, 2014, on the ground that they contain or refer to matter dehors the record, and to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pages 1290 through 1383 of the record and Section O of the appellant's brief are stricken, and on or before November 13, 2015, the appellants shall remove the stricken material from the copies of the record and brief filed with the Clerk of the Court or serve and file replacements that do not contain the stricken material; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 14, 2015, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
