Motion by appellant to vacate two orders of this court dated July 20, 2014, which dismissed appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 23, 2014 (appeal No. 2014-2606 Q C) and from an order of the same court dated January 13, 2015 (appeal No. 2015-641 Q C), respectively, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
