Appellant having moved to proceed pro se on the appeal taken from the order of Supreme Court, Oneida County, dated September 20, 2013, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Javell Fox sworn to August 4, 2015 and August 27, 2015, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statements of Javell Fox dated August 24, 2015 and October 13, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking permission to proceed pro se is granted to the extent that the appellant may prosecute his appeal from the order of Supreme Court, Oneida County, dated September 20, 2013, as a poor person pro se, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal herein may be prosecuted upon the original papers and ten briefs, handwritten, typewritten or reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Oneida is hereby directed to provide Javell Fox, with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audio taped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal from the order of Supreme Court, Oneida County, dated September 20, 2013 is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (c) (1), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect said appeal is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 25, 2015 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date October 26, 2015 and inserting in place thereof the date January 25, 2016.
