Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on June 23, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dante M. Scaccia, Esq., sworn to October 7, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 21, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 8, 2015, and inserting in its place the date November 9, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the same order of this Court is hereby amended by deleting the date October 23, 2015, and inserting in its place the date November 24, 2015.
