DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from nine orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 25, 2014, May 1, 2014, May 22, 2014, May 23, 2014, May 29, 2014 (two orders), June 10, 2014, June 23, 2014, and August 20, 2014, respectively, to recuse the Justice presiding in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, and to discharge the receiver and attorney for the receiver and appoint a new receiver.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
