| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Tedd Kessler, P.C., former counsel for the defendant-appellant and the nonparty-appellant, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 29, 2015, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 3, 2014, and to enlarge the time of the defendant-appellant and the nonparty-appellant to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 9, 2015, Tedd Kessler, P.C., shall serve its former clients by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion dated October 30, 2015, as well as a copy of the decision and order on motion dated June 29, 2015, and shall file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the defendant-appellant and the nonparty-appellant, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon them of a copy of the decisions and orders on motion dated June 29, 2015, and October 30, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the defendant-appellant and the nonparty-appellant to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 23, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the brief of the defendant-appellant and the nonparty-appellant must be served and filed on or before that date.
