Motion by the appellant Chan Jamoona, joined by the appellant Veda Jamoona, to consolidate appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered March 13, 2015, for leave to file a joint brief and joint appendix, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and counsel shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
