Motion by appellants on an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Somers, Westchester County, entered May 28, 2015, to punish respondent Angelo Mastrantoni, Paul Mastrantoni, Louis Rosten, Esq., and Clifford H. Greene, Esq., with contempt for violating a temporary stay contained in an order to show cause of a Justice of this court dated June 19, 2015. Separate motion by respondent Angelo Mastrantoni and Clifford H. Greene, Esq., for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to appellants' motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motion and the motion by respondent Angelo Mastrantoni and Clifford H. Greene, Esq., are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by respondent Angelo Mastrantoni and Clifford H. Greene, Esq., is granted and the papers in opposition are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion is denied.
