DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Shorefront Apartments, LLC, Respondent, v Nella Manko, Appellant, and Liuba Manko, Tenant. |
Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated July 20, 2015, which dismissed appeals from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 25, 2013, and orders of the same court entered August 2, 2013, August 23, 2013, August 28, 2013, and November 15, 2013, respectively, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to vacate the order of this court dated July 20, 2015 is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appeals shall be perfected by January 8, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before January 8, 2016, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeals on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person is denied.
