Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on December 8, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Alan J. Pierce, Esq., dated October 22, 2015, and October 23, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date October 23, 2015, and inserting in its place the date November 23, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order entered September 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 9, 2015, and inserting in its place the date December 8, 2015.
