(Index No. 44858/08)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Arthur Francis for leave to appeal to this Court from seven orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 15, 2015, June 4, 2015, July 21, 2015 (two orders), August 11, 2015, and September 8, 2015 (two orders), respectively, in effect, to stay enforcement of the orders as well as all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to remove the respondent as receiver.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders dated June 4, 2015, July 21, 2015, August 11, 2015, and September 8, 2015, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right from the orders dated June 4, 2015, July 21, 2015, August 11, 2015, and September 8, 2015, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
