| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 8, 2014, inter alia, for leave to file a supplemental record consisting of a disk containing PDF versions of certain contract drawings and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before December 4, 2015, the respondent may serve and file a supplemental record consisting of a disk containing PDF versions of the subject contract drawings, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 4, 2015, and the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
