| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action as well as the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 23, 2015, for poor person relief or, alternatively, to direct co-defendant Frederick Piesco, Jr., to pay certain costs, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal, and to seal Exhibits D and E annexed to her affidavit in support that branch of her motion which is for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 4, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal Exhibits D and E annexed to her affidavit in support that branch of her motion which is for poor person relief is granted, those exhibits are deemed filed under seal, and shall remain sealed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
