| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Moshe Bursztyn from a purported order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated July 24, 2015. By order to show cause dated September 21, 2015, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no order dated July 24, 2015, was issued in the above-entitled proceedings.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
