DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Levitt & Kaizer for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 20, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as counsel was discharged by the appellant; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before December 4, 2015, the appellant shall either advise the Court, in writing, of the name and address of his new attorney, move for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel, or move for leave to prosecute the appeal pro se.
