Motion by the nonparty-respondent to strike the reply briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 2, 2011, on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2014, the motion was held in abeyance and referred to the Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. The appeals were determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 11, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
