On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 27, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, one entered July 25, 2014, and one dated February 19, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the name "Matthew James Kenner" and substituting therefor the name "Matthew James Kemner."
