Motion by the appellants-respondents for leave to reargue appeals and cross appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 25, 2013, a judgment of the same court entered April 15, 2013, and an amended judgment of the same court entered June 11, 2013, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 3, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to reargue the appeals and cross appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
