Nickel & Associates, LLC, and New York Contracting & Construction Management Corp., and separate application by the respondent Lynnview Construction Corp., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 29, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the time of the respondents T.G.
