| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated August 25, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated June 29, 2015, is amended by (1) deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court, Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part)," and (2) adding to the second sentence of the first paragraph thereof following the words "Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120" the words "and Judiciary Law § 35"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel shall serve copies of this decision and order on motion as well as the order on certification of this Court dated August 25, 2015, upon the clerk of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part).
