| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 3, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated June 29, 2015, and a decision of the same court also dated June 29, 2015, is amended by (1) deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court, Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part)," (2) adding to the third paragraph thereof following the words "Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120" the words "and Judiciary Law § 35," and (3) deleting from the sixth and eighth paragraphs thereof the word "Family" and substituting therefor the word "Supreme"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel shall serve copies of this decision and order on motion as well as the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 3, 2015, upon the clerk of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part).
