Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 26, 2011, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until November 19, 2015, and the respondent's brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
