Motion by the respondent on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 21, 2011, October 22, 2013, December 17, 2013, and April 1, 2015, to dismiss the appeals from the orders dated November 21, 2011, and December 17, 2013, respectively, as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the orders dated November 21, 2011, and December 17, 2013, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
