Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 18, 2015, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated October 5, 2015, which granted an application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 30, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
