| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 16, 2013, for poor person relief and to direct the respondents' counsel not to contact her doctors or other medical providers concerning her personal health information. Cross motion by the respondents to preclude the appellant from making further motions in this Court concerning the order dated December 16, 2013, without prior written leave of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted and the appellant is precluded from making further motions in this Court concerning the order dated December 16, 2013, without prior written leave of this Court.
