Motion by respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated August 11, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
