Application by the defendants-respondents Sahadeo Seenarraine and Savita Adjoda and separate application by the defendants-respondents Zebra Environmental Corp. and Carlos Hernandez pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the defendants-respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 26, 2016, and the defendants-respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
