DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2014, and two orders of the same court entered April 16, 2015, and May 14, 2015, respectively, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until January 29, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from orders is denied as premature; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
