Motion by Jose Abraham Hernandez for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated January 15, 2015, which affirmed two orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, both dated August 29, 2012, and an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated July 17, 2015, which denied his motion for leave to reargue the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
