Application by the respondent-respondent Merrill Lynch Trust Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from four decrees of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, three dated December 19, 2014, and one dated December 24, 2014. Separate application by the respondent-respondent Bank of New York Mellon for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the time of the respondents-respondents Merrill Lynch Trust Company and Bank of New York Mellon to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 28, 2015, and the briefs of the respondents-respondents Merrill Lynch Trust Company and Bank of New York Mellon must be served and filed on or before that date.
