| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay all proceedings in a matter entitled 94-11 59th Avenue Corp. v Yang, pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, County of Queens, Housing Part, under Index No. L & T No. 72714/15, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 19, 2015, in the above-entitled action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings in the matter 94-11 59th Avenue Corp. v Yang, pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, County of Queens, Housing Part, under Index No. L & T No. 72714/15 are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appellants deposit the sum of $1650 per month in escrow with the respondents' counsel beginning November 15, 2015, and thereafter on or before the 15th of each month; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appellants do not comply with the foregoing, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondents may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
