DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated February 11, 2014, and July 15, 2014, respectively, for leave to reargue her prior motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 25, 2015, and to enlarge her time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
