Motion by Nicholas P. pursuant to CPL 330.20(21) for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 3, 2015, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before January 8, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before February 10, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before February 22, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
