| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Jerome Patterson for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 10, 2015, and October 5, 2015, respectively, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Cross motion by Milette Shanon, inter alia, to vacate any stay which is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(2).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied as academic.
