DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by the defendant from three orders of the County Court, Suffolk County, two dated January 14, 2015, and one dated June 4, 2015. By order to show cause of this Court dated September 10, 2015, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the orders are neither appealable as of right nor by permission.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
