DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the respondents' prior motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 10, 2014, as untimely taken, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 25, 2015, to reinstate the appeal, to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 6, 2014, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 6, 2014, is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from that order is enlarged until December 28, 2015, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
