Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2015, to stay all arbitration proceedings between the parties, and the cancellation of a certain notice of pendency, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order and judgment.
