Renewed motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 12, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 18, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions in this Court regarding the appeal from the order dated April 12, 2013, without prior written permission of this Court.
