| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants pursuant to CPLR 5520(a) to extend their time to file a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 9, 2015, which notice of appeal was timely served, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to file a notice of appeal is granted, and on or before December 8, 2015, the appellant shall file the notice of appeal with the clerk of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, and file proof of filing with this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 8, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served or filed on or before that date.
