ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the objectant-appellant, Bret Miller, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 90-day enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, entered March 31, 2015. Separate applications by the objectants Brad Miller and Blake Miller for the same relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application of the objectant-appellant, Bret Miller, is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 23, 2015, the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the applications of the objectants Brad Miller and Blake Miller are denied, as those objectants have not taken appeals from the order entered March 31, 2015.
