Motion by the appellants, in effect, for leave to reargue their motion to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 23, 2013, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 2, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
