it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals taken in case Nos. 520149 and 521228 is extended to January 8, 2016, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that
the appeals taken in case Nos. 520149 and 521228 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
