| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Port Authority of New York & New Jersey to stay the joint trial of the above-entitled action and of certain related actions pending in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index Nos. 27151/09 and 25871/09, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 22, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the joint trial of the above-entitled action and of the related actions pending in the same court under Kings County, Index Nos. 27151/09 and 25871/09, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
