DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 30, 2014, to restore the appeal to the general calendar. The appeal was stricken from the appeals calendar and general calendar by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 28, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is restored to the general calendar and shall be perfected within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent shall have 21 days from the date the appeal is perfected in which to serve and file a respondent's brief.
