DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondents on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated January 7, 2015, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 20, 2015, and to dismiss the appeal. Separate motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect and to continue the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondents' motion and appellant's motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondents' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted on condition that the appeal be perfected by January 8, 2016. Appellant shall continue to comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated May 20, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondents may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
