DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Richard Baldi from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 30, 2014. The appellant was granted poor person relief on January 16, 2015, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel assigned to prosecute the appeals is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
