2015-10645, 2015-10646, 2015-10647, 2015-10648 In the Matter of Sebastian Doggart, petitioner, v Emily Kunstler, respondent. (Docket Nos. V-24508-13/15D, V-24508-13/15C, V-24508-13/15B, V-24508-13/15E, V-24508-13/14/
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION 15) |
Motion by Sebastian Doggart on appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2015, July 15, 2015, October 6, 2015, and November 2, 2015, respectively, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders dated July 15, 2015, October 6, 2015, and November 2, 2015, to prohibit current counsel for Emily Kunstler from accessing the forensic report and to permit the appellant personally to have certain access rights to the forensic report, and to award him certain parenting time pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as right from the orders dated July 13, 2015, July 15, 2015, October 6, 2015, and November 2, 2015, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
