In the Matter of Sirina A. Sucklal,

admitted as Sirina Alethia Suckal,

a suspended attorney.

(Attorney Registration No. 2991495)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Sirina A. Sucklal for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Suckal was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 15, 1999, under the name Sirina Alehtia Suckal. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 23, 2011, Ms. Suckal was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, effective September 23, 2011, based on the discipline imposed by the Maryland Court of Appeals (see Matter of Sucklal, 89 AD3d 36).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Sirina Alethia Suckal does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.

ENG, P. J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and AUSTIN, JJ., concur.
