Joint motion by the appellants to consolidate separate appeals from three judgments of the County Court, Nassau County, all rendered September 30, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants Patrick Williams and Neville Mullings are granted leave to dispense with printing and filing of additional copies of the transcript of the trial which is already on file with this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
