Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 21, 2014, for failure to prosecute.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own, motion, that respondent's time to serve and file a respondent's brief is enlarged to 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
